The resort reimagines the Aguedal- “enclosed meadow” in Amazigh - a vast aristocratic garden, where relaxation areas and amenities abound at the threshold of a traditional Moroccan walled city. Sprawling across hectares this Aguedal seamlessly blends relaxation with design. The journey begins with a staged descent toward the lake, passing through a protective buffer zone of service and farm buildings. These structures, arrayed along the road like a fortified wall, humbly echo the historic ramparts of Taza, Fez, and Meknes.

Through the linear embrace of orchards, the "Kasbah" emerges, a green ceramic “qoubba” crowning its panoramic jetty. As the heart of the resort’s public programs, the Public Kasbah is firmly rooted in the hillside, separating two realms: one cultivated and verdant, the other untamed, shifting with the seasons from lush green to ochre. Its horizontal design draws the eye toward the lake, while shadowed terraces and low-rise steps create layered outdoor retreats. These transitions provide access to the resort’s various functions, centering around a dynamic core where the lobby, café, and qoubba interconnect.
